By phone
Ring 0151 726 0622, tell us the amount and the name, and we take payment and post it first class the same day.
Last posting date for Christmas is Friday 18 December. After that, collect from the shop or we email a voucher with its serial number.

Questions about gift vouchers
What can a gift voucher be spent on?
Glasses, sunglasses, lenses, accessories or a private eye examination at Winstanley & Son on Park Road. It cannot be used against an NHS sight test.
How long is a voucher valid?
Twelve months from the day it is bought. The expiry date is printed on the voucher. Bonus vouchers are valid from 1 January to 31 March 2027 and can only be spent on glasses or sunglasses.
How does the bonus voucher work?
Until 24 December 2026, a £50 gift voucher comes with a £10 bonus voucher, £100 with £25 and £200 with £60. The bonus is a separate voucher for glasses or sunglasses in January to March 2027, one per purchase. Over Black Friday weekend, 27 to 30 November, the £100 and £200 bonuses rise to £30 and £75.
Can I buy one without coming in?
Yes. Pick a voucher on this page and pay securely online, and we post it first class to the address you give. Last posting date for Christmas is 18 December; after that we email a voucher with its serial number. If you would rather collect it or pay another way, ring or text us.
Can the recipient get change or a refund?
Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash and any balance stays on the voucher until it expires. Lost vouchers cannot be replaced, so keep the serial number.
